Movement is medicine. Gentle activity — even walking — helps your body heal. Rest is important, but too much rest can slow recovery. Follow your exercise programme and stay as active as your condition allows.
The exercises I prescribe are a core part of your treatment. Consistency is key — a little every day is better than a big session once a week. Set reminders, pair them with a daily habit, and track your progress.

Quality sleep is when your body does its best healing. If pain is disrupting your sleep, tell me — there are often simple strategies that can help, like positioning tips or relaxation techniques.
Good nutrition supports tissue healing. Focus on a balanced diet with plenty of protein, fruits, vegetables, and staying well hydrated. This is especially important during post-surgical recovery.
Recovery isn't always linear. Some days will feel better than others, and that's completely normal. Trust the process, celebrate small wins, and know that progress often happens gradually.
